Recruiter Call

Co-op interview practice

Rehearse the co-op screen before it counts.

Most co-op first rounds are short screens: your background, one project, one behavioral question, why this company. Recruiter Call runs that interview over voice, tailored to your résumé and the posting, then scores it so you know what to fix before the real one.

Why practicing out loud matters

Reading STAR notes silently is not the same skill as saying them under pressure. The first time you explain your design-team project out loud should not be to the recruiter deciding your term.

Interview windows are short and stacked. When three screens land in one week, practicing against the clock with follow-ups and interruptions builds reflexes a mirror cannot.

A consistent 0–100 rubric turns “I think that went okay” into “my STAR structure went from 58 to 74 in three attempts.” Visible progress is easier to keep.
