Terms of Service

A practice tool: voice-based mock interviews with an AI recruiter, plus AI-generated scores and feedback. It is not a recruiting service, not affiliated with any employer or with the University of Waterloo, and using it doesn't get you an interview or a job — it gets you readier for both.

The service is offered in English and is directed at consumers outside Quebec.

You sign in with a one-time email code. Keep access to your email secure — it is your key. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy credits (in most provinces, that means 18+, or with a guardian's consent).

One credit = one interview, consumed when the call starts. Credit packs are one-time purchases in CAD via Stripe — no subscription, nothing renews, and credits don't expire. Prices are shown on the pricing page before applicable taxes; any GST/HST is calculated and shown at checkout. Prices can change for future purchases (never retroactively). A global daily interview limit may apply during the beta to keep the service healthy.

Failed calls refund themselves: if a call fails, drops before a real interview happened (under a minute), or produces no conversation, the credit returns to your balance automatically.

For anything else — a purchase you regret, a call that felt broken but wasn't caught automatically — email support@recruitercall.com and we'll make it right. Completed interviews you simply didn't like the score of aren't refundable — the score is the product working.

Scores and feedback are generated by an AI model using a consistent rubric. They are structured practice signals, not professional career advice, and not a prediction of any real interview outcome. Real recruiters may weigh things differently. Use the feedback with your own judgment.

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to extract our prompts, no automated or scripted calls, no uploading files that aren't your résumé, no using the calls to harass (the AI or anyone else), no reselling credits. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, with a refund of unused purchased credits.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent Ontario law allows, our total liability for anything arising from your use of Recruiter Call is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
