Interview Warmup alternative
Google Interview Warmup is gone. Practice the conversation instead.
Interview Warmup was useful for fixed prompts. But a real first round in 2026 is a conversation, increasingly with AI on the other side. Recruiter Call practices that: voice, follow-ups, résumé context, and a scored replay.

The honest part
Warmup was free, and Recruiter Call is not after your first interview. What you're paying for is realism: live voice with interruptions, questions grounded in your résumé, follow-ups that press on vague answers, and a score consistent enough to measure improvement against. If you only want to rehearse canned answers silently, a mirror is still free.
